of course, it got me curious. I'm really looking forward to a trip out to Beijing hopefully next month so I can see all the crazy cool architecture first hand...

...in the meantime, does this look like a pair of pants or underpants to you? Are we talking the granny variety?

yea...i guess they do bear a resemblance to pants...not underpants (unless i've been missing out on some *really* retro fashion trend?) but they definitely look like a pair of pants when taken from the viewpoint of someone standing under the building. Interesting.

While in China later this month, I am definitely taking some time out to check out the crazy cool new architecture in Beijing. From flying into the new airport (world's largest) to the CCTV building to the Water Cube and the Bird's Nest Stadium...I am *SO EXCITED* to see it all and so is my Sanyo Xacti.
